Our History
Since 1995, we have been producing belt grinding, polishing, sanding, deburring, polishing and superfinish machines and benches to high standards. As a manufacturer that continues on its way with years of experience, we continue to improve our applications day by day. In addition to cylindrical surfaces such as pipes and shafts, we can also work on flat surfaces such as profiles, flat bars and plate sheets. We also design machines and benches for special parts. We cater to many different sectors. For example, hard chrome plated cylinders, plasma spray ceramic or tungsten carbide coating surfaces, cylindrical surfaces on which rubber and its derivatives are coated, hydraulic pistons, decorative chrome nickel coatings, door handles and mirrors, automotive industry, aluminum wheels, roto-engraving cylinders, towel warmer radiator manufacturers , cutlery, cookware, ship machinery, metal furniture manufacturers and so on.
What are we doing?
From small workshops to huge factories
Our job is to develop the surface and control the surface roughness.
For example, let our customer be a chrome-plated ready-made spindle manufacturer. Before hard chrome plating, it must reach a certain surface sensitivity. Otherwise, the coating will not be successful and macro cracks will occur. As a result, milleri cannot obtain successful results from salt tests and cannot achieve the desired standards in the market. Our machines enable them to reach the desired surface sensitivities such as Ra, Rz, Rmax easily and at high capacities and high speeds. Thus, the chrome-plated shafts do not rust. In addition, we can produce countertops for our customers for mirror polishing after chrome plating.
